the environmental policeman threatens the physician, even
though he communicates his medical training. Prior
experience with a shootout on the San Diego Freeway
sensitizes the physician that he may be shot while
helping the person who is bleeding uncontrollably.
Someone drops a gun, or shoves a weapon at the feet
of the physician. Goliath threatens him again,
forcing the physician to react. What does he do?
