As Willard turned off the East-West Expressway a vehicle followed them.  Passing the private property sign, the vehicle stopped as Willard slowed for a turn.  Willard saw his low beams, signalled the off duty officer that a vehicle stopped near the private property area.  The off duty officer answered the beeper by calling Willard's cellular phone.
"Trailer following my car, " said Willard.  "Check it out. "
"Outside your driveway? "
"By the sign. "
"ASAP. "
"We have an unwanted visitor following us, " informed Willard.
"Off duty sherif? "
"Sherif Beuford. "
"Can he deal with hit men? "
"Military intelligence -experience with terrorists. "
"Covert or report to press? "
"Vanish. "

Strange individual thought Addie while she interviewed a Universal Clone. "You will report to work on Monday of next week, " informed Addie.
