Web sites currently being constructed with VRML techniques.  Netscape with WebFx or  3d plugins CORTONA VRML BROWSER will provide VRML compatible browsing of the planned web sites including existing web sites on the internet.   

Java gifs create live videos on Web Pages as animations occur with linking to several gif images.  Five lines of code is sufficient to generate animations.
