Greenhouse
Environment Novel presents the
future with greenhouse effects.
Global warming
raises the earth temperature to 95 degrees, melting the
polar ice cap. Low land bordering the coast floods,
inland streams become salted, freshwater fish die.
Destruction of
the
Rain Forests, and strict
survelience of causes of forest
fires, and nefarious torches, establishes a government
agency with control over the environment.
With
absolute power the shadowy agency herasses citizens.
An unknowing physician encounters a brutile beating of an
individual. Given his good Samaritan behavior he
tries to help the bleeding individual. Goliath
the environmental policeman threatens the physician, even
though he communicates his medical training. Prior
experience with a shootout on the San Diego Freeway
sensitizes the physician that he may be shot while
helping the person who is bleeding uncontrollably.
Someone drops a gun, or shoves a weapon at the feet
of the physician. Goliath threatens him again,
forcing the physician to react. What does he do?
How would you react to that threat? What motivated
Goliath to beat the defenseless person?
